If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
Thrivecleansebio offers structured outdoor movement programs designed to help participants build daily walking habits. Our services include the Coastal Dawn Series, Midday Park Loops, Evening Unwind Walks, and associated program tiers at Foundation (A$129), Active (A$199), and Explorer (A$279) levels per 6-week enrolment. We also sell outdoor kits comprising the Starter Path Kit (A$89), Trail Companion Kit (A$149), and Summit Series Kit (A$249). Program content, routes, schedules, and product specifications are described on our website and may be updated periodically to reflect seasonal conditions and operational improvements.
Our programs and products are available to individuals aged 16 years and older who reside in Australia or are visiting with the ability to participate in outdoor walking activities. By enrolling or purchasing, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify Thrivecleansebio immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Enrolment in a Move Outside Every Day program is confirmed upon receipt of your completed registration and payment of applicable fees. Program fees, duration, session frequency, and inclusions are specified at the time of enrolment. Thrivecleansebio reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion, including when program capacity is reached or when participation may pose safety concerns.
Participants agree to follow facilitator instructions, adhere to designated routes, respect other participants and the natural environment, and exercise reasonable judgment regarding their physical capabilities. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from a program without refund. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during group sessions.
Outdoor walking programs involve physical activity and exposure to natural environments. By participating, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of engaging in the activities described for your selected program tier. You agree to inform Thrivecleansebio of any relevant health conditions or limitations that may affect your participation. Our programs are recreational outdoor activities and do not constitute professional fitness coaching or medical advice.
Outdoor kit orders placed through Thrivecleansebio are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are confirmed by email before you complete your order. Title and risk of loss for purchased kits pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Product descriptions, images, and specifications on thrivecleansebio.world are provided for informational purposes, and minor variations in colour or packaging may occur without constituting a defect.
All fees for programs and products must be paid in full unless an instalment arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as indicated during the enquiry and order confirmation process. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of program access or cancellation of product orders. Thrivecleansebio reserves the right to modify pricing for future enrolments and orders, but confirmed purchases are honoured at the price agreed at the time of transaction.
Cancellation and refund terms for programs and outdoor kits are detailed in our Return Policy. In summary, program cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund minus an administrative fee. Kit returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided items are unused and in original packaging. Please review the Return Policy for complete conditions and procedures.
All content on thrivecleansebio.world, including text, graphics, logos, route maps, program materials, photographs, and software, is the property of Thrivecleansebio or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Program materials provided to enrolled participants are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree to use thrivecleansebio.world only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts, transmitting malware or harmful code, scraping or harvesting data without permission, impersonating any person or entity, posting false or misleading information, and interfering with the proper functioning of the website. Violation of these provisions may result in termination of access and legal action.
Our website, programs, and products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Thrivecleansebio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Thrivecleansebio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, utility failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions or provide alternative arrangements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
Thrivecleansebio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on thrivecleansebio.world with a revised effective date. Material changes to terms affecting active program enrolments will be communicated to affected participants via email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
